Since we had spent the night at a hotel in Goshen on Thursday night (August 24), Bruce asked me if there was anything I wanted to do in Goshen. I mentioned the candy shop and just walking around to see the architecture. Goshen has some of the same look as the old parts of San Francisco, California, but it is a clean city.
We didn’t buy any candy, even if it was tempting.

Originally, I had thought the candy store was also an old fashioned soda fountain, but it turned out the bar was for a diner instead. The food smelled great, but we didn’t get anything to eat.
We walked around the town and I got some pictures of the buildings.

We walked around the courthouse and discovered a Civil War cannon.

We then walked back to the truck and figured out were we should go to wait for the call that our RV was ready. After looking at Google maps, we decided to go to Ligonier, Indiana to wait.
Beautiful architecture! Those look like some Mesker iron storefronts. I like the metal sculptures, too!

Yes, I loved how beautiful everything was in Goshen. The ballerina was in front of a dance studio. I like the expression on her face.
