One More Med for Luna

If you read my post, Last Days for Luna?, you know that Luna is struggling. The vet wants to try giving her one more medication to increase her appetite. Luna did decide to eat some chicken last night. She didn’t eat a lot, but she does seem to feel a little better this morning. We will see how Luna does on the new medication. We are also going to try having the fluid injection twice a week. Luna absolutely hates needles, and cries so pitifully when being stuck, but if 10 minutes of pain makes her feel a lot better, then the trade off is worth it.
